As a Business Development Manager, you will be charged with:
- Developing, growing, and nurturing client relationships: You will be marketing our services via telephone and video or in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Primarily, you would be charged with growing our local contract and project business but have the flexibility to develop business world-wide steadily.
- You will identify and discuss project initiatives with clients, ensure clients’ expectations are met and match consultants’ skill sets with client engagement requirements, presenting highly skilled consultants to the client.
- Will be extensively involved in outside trade associations and various networking activities both inside and outside or normal business hours to promote services and brand awareness in the marketplace.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- We are hiring a Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory.
- To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
